Eccentric wear of rod and tube has seriously affected the normal oil production, accelerating damage to underground equipment, increasing the workload and the cost of rod and tube replacement, has caused great waste and serious economic losses.In recent years, "Unification rod diameter, righting the well" has become the measures to prevent eccentric wear. However, from the view of the measure effectiveness, following two questions: one is after taking measures to right the whole well for eccentric wear wells, pumping wells will make significant changes in the status of reactive, further increasing the uplink load, also further increasing the resistance in the downlink for sucker, increasing alternating load, seriously rod lag issues will arise, and the relatively short cycle of wear. The other one is taking anti-friction rod coupling and other righting coupling measures, although it is possible to avoid many problems brought by the installation of nylon centralizer, it can only protect and delay coupling rod of the wear and tear, couldn't exert any protection bodyIn this paper, through research of indoor and field pilot it is proved that non-metallic composite coating tube has taken a good effect to the tube and rod of eccentric wear pumping wells, the tube has taken the thermal Spray method that it makes a special kind of solid-state non-metallic powder coat in the tube wall, and through the coating itself has the properties of reducing friction and wear-resistant to protect, delay rod coupling and wear of rod itself, it is a more advanced treatment technology to eccentric wear problems of pumping tube and rod at home and abroad. |
