The development of low permeability gas reservoir has been a technological challenge in our countrys gas reservoir development.Because low permeability gas reservoir generally has the feature of low-porosity and low permeability, its infiltrating fluid mechanism is very different from ordinary gas reservoir. Our country's gas industry developed quickly during these dozens of years. Some gas fields were found and developed in Sichuan basin,Shanganning basin,the South China Sea,Chaidamu basin,Tarim Basin and Turpan basin, these form several important gas provinces. In recent years, Daqing oil field and others has began to explore and develop gas reservoir while going on oil production. Low permeability gas reservoir accounts for a considerable proportion in all gas reservoirs that our country has found, its reserve volume has exceeded 7000×10~8m~3, this is a large resource. With incessant discovery of low permeability gas reservoir inland and foreign land, people lay emphasis on the development of low permeability gas reservoir more and more, and the researches about low permeability gas reservoir become more and more, this has become a very important part in fluid mechanics in porous medium theories.This paper introduces briefly home and abroad research generalization on the development of low permeability gas reservoir, the test and theory's research present situation of low permeability gas reservoir infiltrating fluid and the key techniques of developing low permeability gas reservoir.And then this paper also briefly elaborates gas reservoir and gas well production dynamic forecast method. Recently using non-stablized well test analysis rules, foreign literatures improve traditional rate decline anlysis, create contemporary production dynamic analysis methods, form decline curve typical plate and realize the aim of counting reservoir permeability,skin factor,well control radius and geologic reserve using daily production datas in the condition of no-shut in well.The basic thought of production dynamic analysis is using decline typical curve fitting to analyze daily production datas in order to count reservoir permeability,skin factor,well control radius and geologic reserve, it is realized through drawing new dimensionless flow rate,pressure parameter and pseudotime function and basing on techniques of non-stablized well test theories and traditional rate decline analysis. production dynamic analysis methods include Alps,Fetkovich,Blasingame,Agarwal-Gardner,Normalized Pressure Integral and FMB, etc.This paper introduces systematical the basic rules of these methods and conditions of application. It analyses the production dynamics analysis of concrete low permeability well with software RTA. At last, this paper analyzes well test dynamic character of two wells in this well field using numerical well test, this is very important to gas development next.
