The screw pump oil extraction system got more and more extensive application in the oil field due to its advantages such as simple structure, adaptable,remarkable energy saving effects an so on. However,these advantages haven't been fully played because the technology screw pump oil production and its related technology is still not perfect. Along with the generalization application of heavy displacement screw pump, the vibration of the screw pump system increasingly becomes a outstanding problem, so that researching on the dynamic characteristics and operation optimization of the screw pump oil extraction system have important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of the analysis of the screw pump sucker rod analysis,this paper improved some of the parameters of statics calculation;The torsional vibration mechanics pattern of the sucker rod and the computing method of natural frequency is improved;A new screw pump system dynamics mathematical model which lay the foundation for the system's optimization is established.In the premise of assumping that crude oil flow coefficient function model, make use of measuring point fitting process of measuring point to deduce a new oil well productivity predictor equation. Comprehensive considered the influence of the factor such as feed-discharge coordination equation, sucker rod natural frequency, oil well productivity,sucker rod string strength and so on,which upon the efficiency of system,a mathematical method of the optimization design is established, which make the system effectiveness be the highest.Optimization example indicates that optimizing swabbing parameter is a economic and effective way to improve system efficiency.
