The main method of heavy oil recovery is steam injection of thermal recovery in China,The heavy oil,its output is exceeded 80 percents,is recovered by this way.In the process of heavy oil thermal recovery, each part has energy losses. In order to assess and analyze the energy of the system and found out weak links and equipments.it will provides the basis for the change of the enterprise energy conservation technique. The thermodynamic analysis is must developed in the steam injection system of heavy oil thermal recovery.Steam injection is an important part in heavy oil production. It is also a factor which consumes most energy. To save energy and reduce production cost, new technology has been used in steum injection system recently. In this paper ,theoretical basis of enhancing economic profits of steam injection boiler is provided, and valued opinions are given。And then, this paper establishes energy transition and analysis model according to the characteristic of system and each part, provide the criterion of assessment, and utilize the test data to analyze and calculate. energy of the system and each part is assessed and analyzed, weak links and equipments are found out and the reason of producing is analyzed .At last, the operation thermal efficiency of steam injection boiler is improved by falled exhaust smoke temperature and reduced air coefficient (oxygen content). Shown in the theory analysis, test, design, actual modification operating and the benefit of energy conservation, it has reached the anticipated results. This research results pointing out the direction for the follow-up study and have directive significance to the similar conditions.
