At present, the basic production processes are based on bulk polymerization or solution polymerization using the media of organic solvents in the home . With the rapid development of industry, energy crisis and environment pollution become one of the most serious problems. The treatment of organic wastewater by conventional methods has drawback due to expensive and difficulties. From the viewpoint of protecting environment and saving energy ,the use of water as solvent , the polymerization theory as direction, many researches focused on the Drug coating materials using water-based emulsion polymerization processes have been developed and to be paid more and more attention.This paper describes a method which used to prepared aqueous polyacrylic acid resin ,one of the enteric-coated drug coating materials. the structural characterization and performance evaluation of aqueous polyacrylic acid resin NO.â…¡,â…¢emulsion was made, and associate the synthesis of structure with properties , At the same time, compare similar products at home and abroad. The results showed that self-made aqueous acrylic acid resin NO.â…¡,â…¢emulsion have the overall similar structure and components with the products at home and abroad, and the production processes can replace the current bulk polymerization or the solution polymerization method using the organic solvents as media. this work provide a basis data for the route choice, the parameters to determine the best value in the synthesis of the emulsion, and also provide basic data for the practical application of products. using spray-drying technology made the emulsion prepared into a dry powder, which reduce costs, increase freedom of the use of technology will have a positive practical significance.After laboratory evaluation on the basis of the emulsion or powder, choose the typical manufacturers and production lines for industrial production attempt. And using the self-made aqueous polyacrylic acid resin NO.â…¡,â…¢resin powder as film component, prepared as solvent-based coating liquid, aqueous dispersion by dispersion method , test the dissolution rate coated using aspirin as drug model.compare with the acrylic acid resin :production NO.â…¡,â…¢resin ,which made by bulk polymerization or solution polymerization. Test results show that: the practical application of polyacrylic acid in aqueous resin NO.â…¡,â…¢latex products can be coated to achieve similar results; the basis data of test obtained by emulsion polymerization process for the production of acrylic acid resin coating material in the field of drugs to promote the provision of an important basis. |
