| In this thesis the current situation of the treatment technical of oily wastewater is reviewed synthetically.By the analysis of viscous oil wastewater quality character and each kind of oily wastewater treatment,the suitable technical line has been designed. In this line the technology of Oil separation+Emulsification flocculation+Gas floatation+Filtration is using to treat the viscous oil wastewater.The Cavitation Air Flotation is the central part through comparing the different floatations,and the process optimization of gas flotation comes from agent selection and gas floatation parameter determination.This paper propose a new way to study the floating agent, which is able to adapt in the operation and the special feature of Cavitation Air Flotation. During the experiment, the floatation effect affected by flocculants, different surfactants is mainly studied. First, carried on the pre-evaluation test about the type of component, then analyed and evaluated the bahaviour of the various component in the different water conditions. On the basis of behaviour evaluation about single component, carried on an optimal test about recipes, analyzed the factors about the stable behaviour ofcomposite-recipes systems and the effect of flotation: cationoid activity of flocculant, formula weight of flocculant, mass ratio of component in the recipes, and so on, determined the final composite-recipes. Finally, evalued the bahaviour of the floating agent, through lots of field tests, proves the floatating agent has an excellent bahaviour of oil removing in the condition of cavitation air flotation, can be used as suitable cavitation air flotation,finished the first process optimization.On the basis of the studying of viscous oil wastewater, determined methods to deal with the problems encountering when the equipment runned firstly.Then evalued the effect of each method through lots of experiments contrasting and analyzing.Finally, selected the best method,achieved the goal of process optimization. The credible data is afforded in this paper to the design of the waster treatment engineering. |
