As global greenhouse effect turns more serious, the ejection of CO₂ should be attracted more attention. In recent years, many countries have reinforced investigation on it. The reduction of CO₂ ejection to atmosphere becomes a global focus. It's a strategic significance to use CCS (CO₂ Capture and Storage) technology for lessening greenhouse effect. Nowadays, without depressing standard of living, the problem that how reduces CO₂ ejecting to atmosphere attracts many nations'and scientists'first concern. CNOOC demands greatly on the development of high penetrant heavy crude oil reservoir, especially for maritime space of Bohai Sea. Subsidiary company of CNOOC in Tianjin takes heavy crude oil reservoir exploration by CO₂ and enhanced heavy crude oil field's recovery as a significant means to research. This article mostly introduces CO₂ storage technology and transportation technology of disposal project & simply economic comparison in China South maritime space East 1-1 Gas Field.According to South China Sea Dong-fang 1-1 gas field's specific characters, put attention on two engineering models: 1) Reinjection the CO₂ separated from Dong-fang 1-1 gas field nearby South China Sea; 2) Long distance transport that to Bohai Sea. Focus on these two projects, execute feasible analysis of CO₂ land disposal,liquefaction handling,storage and transportation technical skills. Two engineering models have four main programs: program 1: in situ sequestration near in the land of Dongfang Terminal; program two: the EGR and sequestration treatment near in the Dongfang 1-1 platform; program three: the EOR and sequestration treatment near in the Weizhou 12-1 oil field states; program four: EOR or EGR treatment at the Bohai Sea (neighbouring of NB35-2). In accordance with different transmission methods, each program have come to different treatment methods, through its storage and transmission technology analog studies, comparing each program and obtain the optimal selection, as well as obtain the executable program by means of comparison and consideration four programs.
