A Study On Safety Capability Of Petrochemical Production Teams And Early-warning System For Individual Behavior

In petrochemical production systems concerning multiple risk factors , above 85% of accidents are directly or indirectly derived from the human factors. This has aroused great attention.Accordingly, a great deal of research work has been carried out on human factor from varies aspects such as human action errors, unsafe actions, the reliability of action,etc. Based on research results of enterprise capability and human errors, this paper focuses on the study of safety capability of petrochemical production workers and teams, trying to set up a systmatic & scientific system to evaluate it, expecting to find out the deficiencies of it and the measures to improve it.This paper defines the concept of the safety capacity of individuals and teams. By means of building a model of personal factors accident, this paper figures out the fundermental elements of individuals safety capacity, as well as influencing factors; conducts an in-depth analysis of these factors, brings out methods of quantitative evaluation and a concise introduction of measures to improve the factors. On the basis of the study above, the evaluation system of personal safety capability is set up and an evaluation example is carried out by means of FAHP. The conclusion turns out to be reasonable.In the same way, the study on team safety capability is implemented, a quantitative evaluation system is build up and the process of evaluation is exhibited by an example too.In the last part, an early warning system on personal behavior is discussed. After introduction the theory of early warning management, on the principle of simple, practical and effective, this paper establishes an early warning framework on personal behavior and shows out means of quantitive evaluation. In addition, this paper makes a brief introduction of implementation process in use.In short, this paper is tightly around the human factors in the petrochemical production systems , attempting to supply a systematic,scientific and practical approach to improve the human safety.
