Well cementing operation is a necessary assembly part of integrated development job of oil field and an important link of well drilling project, the quality of cementing operation is tightly related with the final productivity, so it is important as "hundred years plan", and it also has great effect on the oil and gas well life, well productivity and developed capacity and benefit. So it is significant to research the cementing equipments, improve the capacity of cementing equipments and finish well cementing work well.The single engine and single pump cementing truck is mainly used for operation at deep well, middle-shallow well and shallow well, and it can finish the work of making slurry, inject and change mud automatically. It also can be used for fracturing at washing well and mormal shallow well. One set of this truck can finsh all cementing work of the well that depth is less than 4500 m. At that moment, the factory that can manufacture the cementing truck is seldom and types of cementing truck and competitor is few in China because the technology and assemble craft is complicated, so I decide research and develop cementing truck to meet the oil field need and join in the market competition.According to the technical performance requirements of the cement truck, the main parts such as the chassis, the main diesel engine, the hydraulic transmission, the triplex piston pump, the auxiliary diesel engines, the centrifugal pump and so on are designed and selected in this paper. The control system of single engine and single pump cemen truck is developed according to the SY/T5611-2001 "cementing cement truck" and other relevant provisions, which includes the automatic mixing system, the hydraulic system, the gas system and the circuit system. The key parts such as the high-energy mixer are developed, and the mechanics model is founded. The main parts of the hydraulic system such as the rinsing pump, the circulation pump and the booster pump are calculated and selected, and the schematic and pipeline diagram of every pump is designed. The SLC500 series PLC of AB corporation is selected according to the working environment and performance requirements of the single engine and single pump cemen truck in this paper. The software of the cement truck's control system is developed and the relevant process is programmed.The usual working media in the well cementation are water, mud, drilling fluid and other well service fluid, and the technical requests in the well cementation include that the mud mixing capacity is 0~2.3m~3/min, the mixing mud density is 1.0~2.4g/cm~3 and the density control accuracy is±0.01~0.02g/cm~3. The single engine and single pump cemen truck developed in this paper can satisfy the requirements of the well cementation, and the max mud mixing capacity is 0~2.3m~3/min, the max mixing mud density is 2.4g/cm~3 and the density control accuracy is±0.01~0.02g/cm~3.
