As the most being applied flue gas desulphurization (FGD) technology of coal-fired Power Plants, wet limestonegypsum flue gas desulphurization technology is provided with many advantages such as limestone is richer as absorbent and the cost is less than other technologies, and it is stable and mature.On the basis of the desulphurization projects of the DaLaTe Power Plant and the Jin Qiao thermal Power Plant, the paper introduces the principle and chemical reaction of the wet limestonegypsum flue gas desulphurization deeply, and introduces the system technological process and equipments. The acceptance content, procedures and the test methods of the most parameters were introduced for wet limestonegypsum flue gas desulphurization system performance test, The distribution of measuring points, the test condition and the results amending were analyzed and some reasonable suggestions were proposed in order to take these references for the commissioning of same type system. According to paint the curves, the paper analyses the effects of the mainly factors to the SO2 removal efficiency, such as gas temperature, raw gas SO2 inlet concentration, O2 concentration, pH value of circulating liquid, the velocity of flow gas in absorber, rate at liquid and gas, Ca/S, and so on.According to the detailed studies on the performance tests of four groups in two Power Plants, we can learn the facilities of the wet limestonegypsum flue gas desulphurization technology more, improve the qualities of the construction more, keep the desulphurization system working on permanently, maintain the high removal efficiency and finally reach the technological aims, achieve the environment benefits, economic efficiency and social benefits.
