Study On The Whitening Cream With High Proficiency

optimization of the whitening components was studied in this paper,from the view of the basic whitening and dermatology theory.At the same time,the author tries to solve the existing questions such as stibility,percutaneous absorption,effect and safety of the whitening products in this paper.The study of the whitening that's good value for money is as followed:according to the three-period effect of the whitening components—protophase,activation phase,safeguard phase,collect,organize all kinds of whitening components,initially select the good ones.Comparing the inhibition index of the activeness of tyrosinance,select the Phytolight,α-arbutin,VCE,Melarrest L are the better ones.Observing the stibility of the products containing deferent whitening components,the result showed everyone is ok exceptβ- arbutin,AA2G,Vc-IP.Evaluating with the Mexameter MX 18:The sample 1 showed there is significant difference after 60 days use(P＜0.05),that the whitening components are 2.0%Phytolight and 0.5%Melarrest L;The sample 2 showed there is significant difference after 30 days use(P＜0.05),that the whitening components are 1%L—lactic acid and 1.0%α-arbutin and 0.5%Melarrest L;The sample 3 showed there is significant difference after 45 days use(P=0.05),that the whitening components are 1%L—latic acid and1.0%VCE+0.5% Melarrest L.Comparing with the control,there is no significant difference after 45 days with the sample 1,sample 2 and sample 3,But there is significant difference after 60 days,and the sample 2 is the best one.Carrying the patch test on the three evaluated samples,the result showed there is no irritation.Carrying the cytotoxicity test on the best sample,the result showed the cytotoxicity is very low.Therefore,the result showed the optimized whitening product is sample 2,and the whitening components is 1%L—lactic acid+1.0%α-arbutin+0.5%Melarrest L.
