The complicated structure and the compact cuticle of wool make it different for solo protease treatment to exert a good effect,it is also plagued wool researchers that there is a lipid layer of thickness 0.9nm covering the scales,this layer of lipid compounds increased diffculty of protease degradation of scales., So far,the enhancment of wool hydrophilicity are all through oxidation or reduction.Being of gentle working condition, high efficiency and environmental protection,enzyme has been widely used as biologic catalyzer in textile industry.The traditional enzyme treatment of fabric were carried out under aqueous conditions,this paper using a new kind of media system-reverse micelles,through evaluation indicators ,such as wetting performance,weight loss,dyeing rate and alkaline solubility; as well as some means of Allw?rden response,scanning electron microscopy SEM,infrared spectroscopy and amino acid analysis,carried out a detail study from the macro level,furthmore make a influence analysis of the wool treated in reverse micelle enzymeThe experimental results show that the efficiency of cutinase enzymatic degradation of wool fabrics reached the maximum under the optimum condition as follows: the v (cyclohexane) :v (alcohol) :v (Tween-80) of 5:1:1, w0 of 26, incubating temperature of 50℃and time of 6h,while in the protease reverse micelle system, the efficiency of enzymatic degradation of wool fabrics reached the maximum under the optimum condition as follows: the v (cyclohexane) :v (alcohol) :v (Tween-80) of 5:1:1, w0 of 18, incubating temperature of 55℃and time of 4h.And the advancement of wetting performance,weight loss,dyeing rate of wool fabric after pre-treatment of cutinase reverse micelle-protease aqueous system.Allw?rden and SEM show the wool fiber treated by compound finishing of cutinase and protease in reverse micelle has became rather smooth, whose scale has been peeled obviously. Alkaline solubility of wool fiber which was treated by cutinase reverse micelle has decreased. Infrared spectrum and amino acid analysis indicate that cutinase reverse micelle has less effect on keratin of wool scale,while protease has effect on -S-S- in wool scale.The combination of cutinase and protease obtain better effect on keratin enzymolysis.
