The soft rock roadway stability control, especially the soft and weak rock back-mining roadway stability control, it's always one of difficult problems in mining engineering. Research deep mining'key technical problems have great significance to further develop and utilize deep coal resources in our country. With the strengthening of mining scale and mining developed in depth, bound to bring a series of new mining problem with mining depth increases, such as increased pressure, large roadway stress, rock deformation significantly increases, supporting structures serious damaged, the amount of roadway renovation dramatic increase, roadway maintenance becomes extremely difficult. The quality of support effect direct impact on the mine's production, efficiency and safety. It has become one of the major constraints of deep mining can carry out successfully and can achieve high yield efficient , deep mine roadway mine pressure control is one of the key technologies urgent need to resolve in deep mine. At present, most of the soft rock roadway uses compound supporting in terms of theory and practice; Do like this, support costs are very high or can't achieve expected supporting objective usually. And Wire Mesh Cable composite braced is a not only economical but also advanced support forms, how to apply this form of support in soft rock roadway undoubtedly have great research value.This article introduces the concept, principle and design steps of Wire Mesh Cable composite braced in detail. And use Guqiao mine as engineering background, through on-site measured data and FLAC3D software execute numerical simulation on three different support method. Separately from yield characteristics of surrounding rock, stress distribution characteristics of surrounding rock and displacement distribution characteristics of surrounding rock analyze three supporting modes'numerical simulation results, thus demonstrated that Wire Mesh Cable composite braced have a very good stabilizing effect on deep soft weak rock roadway, also cause deep mine soft rock tunnel support design from the current stage of engineering analogy developed to the stage of science and quantitative decision-making for specific conditions, after deep mine soft rock tunnel tunneling without rework, greatly reduced the cost of supporting soft rock roadway. This have great practical significance to deep mine soft rock mine achieve safe, high yield and efficiency.
