Polyaryl ester (PAR), also known as aromatic polyester, is a molecular chain with aromatic ring and ester specialty thermoplastic engineering plastics, which has excellent transparency, heat resistance, acid and solvent , and tensile strength, flame retardancy, UV shielding and impact resistance, surface hardness and resistance to creep performance, in recent years in the field of high-tech civilian industries and is widely used and developed.This paper includes the following components:1. In this paper, starting from molecular design to inter-terephthaloyl chloride (IPC) and HEMA (HEMA) as the main raw material, triethylamine as a catalyst, condensation solution prepared using a new type of PU crosslinking structure between the benzene Dimethyl Diethyl (HEMA yl) acetate (IPBHA), the use of FT-IR, 1H-NMR Characterization of their structure. A more systematic study of the synthesis of aromatic acid ester reaction conditions, including the type and amount of catalyst, molar ratio of monomer, organic solvent type and dosage, reaction temperature on the acrylic resin yield. Study shows that: in order to dichloroethane as the solvent, reactant concentration of 0.156 mol / L, the amount of triethylamine to 2.2mol / mol IPC, IPC / HEMA molar ratio of ~ 2.20 can be 1.0:2.15 synthesized in high yields IPBHA. Mild reaction conditions, IPBHA molecule contains four ester-based and two double bonds, the structure can be used as a new type of unsaturated resin crosslinking agent and the function of plasticizer plastics.2. PAR elements in the traditional client base in the introduction of letters to change the molecular structure, and thus obtained a new structure of end-en-PAR. As allyl ester-terminated poly effective weight control methods, polymerization stage in a certain amount of the acyl compounds, to macromolecular chain and the role of client-based, end-blocking activity in order to terminate the chain growth; and also to avoid generation of carboxyl adverse consequences. Through the experimental results show that: in order to en-terminated monomer, terephthaloyl chloride (TPC), inter-terephthaloyl chloride (IPC) and 4,4'-diahydroxydiophenyl propane (BPA) for the monomer and methylene chloride as organic phase solvents, BTEC for phase transfer catalyst, to establish through research synthesis of allyl-terminated poly ester optimum as follows: organic phase monomer concentration of 0.205mol / L, BTEAC usage for 1.8g/mol BPA, allyl chloride end-group and the molar ratio of 5 / 95 ~ 15/85, TPC and IPC of the molar ratio of 1:1, the polymerization temperature does not exceed 20℃, can be synthesized through the interfacial polycondensationηinh2.0 ~ 2.4 of the high weight of allyl-terminated poly ester resin. Synthetic process is simple, mild, solvent dehydration by distillation can be recycled after use. Research work for the high molecular weight of the industrial production of PAR provides the experimental basis for3. Studied end-ene monomer molar ratio on the thermal properties of PAR, allyl ester-terminated poly 5% weight loss decomposition temperature than the non-sealing side of the PAR to 20 ~ 30℃. Four different en-client ratio of the PAR ,TG temperature reached 460℃and above, 700℃when the residual carbon rate of up to 30%, much higher than the non-sealing side of PAR (5%). Show that the modified en-end-heat-resistant properties of PAR has been greatly improved. By regulating the en-terminated monomer and the molar ratio of chloride can be produced in different temperature levels en-terminated amorphous bisphenol-A poly ester, allyl chloride end-group and the molar ratio of 5 / 95 ~ 15 / 85, TPC and IPC of the molar ratio of 1:1, PAR the best heat resistance, mechanical properties of the strongest. This further enhanced the performance of the PAR to expand its field of use.
