It is not only an ancient but also a brand-new industry which is developing vigorously in our country buildings, it is a important leader who drives the traditional building industry to develop in high and new technology. In the process of manufacturing the fabrication, cutting and welding have the maximal working load, they are also the most essential work which will have influence in the net rack and steel structure.In the project, the tube passes through the tube is the most common phenomenon. The key point of this article is as following:The first chapters are introduction parts, current situation of the advanced fabrication technology is having been introduced, and elaborate the basic knowledge of scrolls of four gears numerical control machine- open type numerical control technology, and also introduce the current situation and develop direction of the numerical control cutting and processes.Second chapter, it briefly introduce the making up, characteristic, function etc of scrolls of four gears numerical control machine, making up and structure of hardware system are also having been introduced, and having mainly introduced representative product of modern motion control technique: Polyaxis of USA Delta Tau company motion controller PMAC gets stuck; Have introduced the systematic function of software simplely.Third chapters are main content of the article, having brought forward the mathematic model of managing the appearance birthplace line and cutting slope mouth when tubes are put through, having introduced the motion control algorithm of birthplace line cutting and so on.Fourth chapters have introduced that servo system and the parametric adjustment of PID with use of PMAC card.Fifth chapter the modularization having been designed in progress to the software, and has given a host to Human-computer interaction handling.Finally, the author has carried on the summary to the research of this article, and has canied on the forecast to the numerical control burning machine's development.
