This paper is mainly studied on electrokinetic remediation of aniline polluted soil. Electrokinetic remediation is an in-situ remediation technology that develops very quickly in recent years.Its principle can be summarized as follows:application of direct electric current via electrodes immersed in the saturated soil results in oxidation at the anode to generate H+ and O2,and deoxidation at cathode to generate OH- and H2.Then the H+ were migrated toward cathode by electric field and ions concentration gradient by the means of electromigration,electroosmosis and diffusing.In this precess,aniline accompanied with H+ moved to cathode toward electroosmosis.Aniline is the commonly exisiting organic pollutants in soil with high risk.They are toxic and carcinogenic for the environment and human being,Therefore,they are concerned on the 14 kinds of priority pollutants listed by USEPA.In our experiments,the feasibility and the efficiency of electrokinetic remediation technology was studied in the organic- polluted soil.The main researches were concentrated on electrokintic remediation of aniline-polluted soil influenced by adding solutions and rotational electrode.The main idears and results of this paper included two parts:[1].Study on electrokintic remediation of aniline-polluted soil influenced by humic acid with different concentrations when using Tween80 andβ-CD.The simulative experiment results showed that humic acid added into soil had great effects on removal of aniline in electrokintic remediation process when its mass concentration above CMC.As a result,aniline unioned with humic acid was accumulated near the anode, and the hightest acumulution efficiency reached 147%as the concentration of HA was 16.7mol/L.When Tween 80 orβ-cyclodextrin was adding into the contaminated soil,aniline could be accumulated nearby cathode with the hightest acumulution concentrations of 122% and 134%.HA can regard as surfactant,it had apparent solubility for aniline.Meanwhile it was hydronium in solution,and it moved quickly,so it was the best adding solution in electrokinetic remediation for aniline-polluted soil.[2].Study on electrokintic remediation of aniline-polluted soil influenced by rotational electrode and humic acid.There were two modes to set the matrix electrodes,the electrodes were in different rotational at the first mode,the highest accumulation of aniline reached 142%among two electrode in soil,but the aniline was nearly stagnation in some regions of soil.At the second mode,anode was set in the middle of experimental soil plane when aniline was accumulated in the central point with the highest accumulation of 140%,meanwhile it kept the uniformity of the aniline removal,and there were no invalid area.In this experiment,the feasibility and usability of rotational electrokinetic remediation technology was obviously certified because the effective area of matrix electrode was more expentensive than that for one pair electrode.Therefore,matrix electrode method could keep the stability of the soil system and the uniformity of the pollutant removel,which has prospective application in electrokinetic remediation.
