The 82A and 82B steel wire rod are main products of high-speed wire production with good economy performance. Research of technology parameter infection on organization transformation and product function during 82A and 82B high-speed wire hot rolling is one of the research hotspots on high-speed wire rolling in recent years.WISCO is an important cooperation colleague of Wuhan University of Science and Technology, its high-speed wire product line in large-scale rolling mill is one of the most modern in the country, with perfect equipment and technology of controlled rolling and controlled cooling, productions of high precision, excellent performance and stable quality.Topic contents and research meaning were elaborated in the first of the text, the latest developments of high-speed wire product in domestic and international were introduced, common methods and mathematical models used in the research of wire controlled rolling and control cooling process were discussed. Aim at the emergence of unsteady organization and performance, high rate of judgment-changing during 82A and 82B product in WISCO high-speed wire plant, we came to an analysis on possibility of reasons, drew and researched towards continuous cooling transformation curve (CCT curve), analyzed the infection of heat stress on organization transformation during controlled cooling, researched the metallographic phase organization and mechanical property. Combined with theories model analysis, we came to the principle of spin temperature and cooling rate control based on above research, optimize suggestions on controlled cooling system were proposed.
