With the rapid development of China's national economy, more and more energy was demended, so the development of offshore low-permeability reservoir was put on the agenda. The land-based low-permeability reservoir has been developed for several decades, It can provide skills and experience for the development of offshore low permeability reservoir. Because of the development of offshore oilfield has its particularity,It should not only needs to use land-based low permeability reservoir development experience, but also to combine the characteristics of offshore oilfield development.This article draws on development experience of land low permeability reservoir and offshore low permeability reservoir, carefully study early oil field geological research results,and analysises DST test data On this basis, normalized the capillary pressure curves, relative permeability curves ;calculated dimensionless productivity factor, fluid productivity index and displacement efficiency; evaluated sensitivity of reservoir rock,and analysis a reservoir of potential harm factor; demonstrated recovery detailly by using empirical formula method, oil displacement efficiency - spread coefficient method,conformance efficiency method,sub-flow curve method and numerical simulation methods; analysis various Influencing Factors, including the drawdown pressure, production rate, level of reservoir pressure; carefully calculated well spacing pattern of the low permeability reservoir by use production rate method, formula method, intersection method, as well as the experience method,give the best fit of the blocks well spacing.Finally, the thesis demonstrated feasibility of gas injection development by the use module PVTi in Eclipse software , results show that the gas injection development is . non-miscible immiscible displacement. And made history matching.According to the actual situation of reservoir ,article has gave five development programs:Conventional horizontal wells-five branches of horizontal wells , conventional horizontal wells - two branches of horizontal wells, edge injection program (five horizontal wells as production wells and four vertical wells as injection wells), the central injection program (five horizontal wells as production well and two vertical wells as injection well), water-gas mixed injection program (five horizontal wells as production wells and two vertical wells as gas injection well). Finally,consider the water injection program in the edge of block as the optimal development.A better understanding of the offshore low-permeability reservoir geology, and other characteristics of percolation mechanism, similar to CNOOC's development of low permeability reservoirs must guiding significance.CNOOC D through the low-permeability oil reservoir studies,A better understanding of the marine low-permeability reservoir geology, percolation mechanism, such as characteristics of low permeability reservoir D Oilfield reasonable well spacing as well as detailed development plan, similar to the China National Offshore Oil Corporation the development of low permeability reservoir has a certain significance.
