At present majority of oil fields are entering the high water-cut development period, and it is more and more difficult to exploit, so most of the oil fields turn to the tertiary oil recovery in china. The tertiary recovery can improve the oil recovery but the wate-water containing polymer also increased year by year. This water which with high viscosity, is difficult to purify, and the poor biodegradability is getting more and more obvious to ruin the environment. The degradation efficiency is not as ideal as expected to deal with the polymer sewage by physical method, chemical oxidation method and biological method. Physical method is nearly effect to the wastewater with the physical method, the biological treatment technology is not mature and the chemical oxidation method which is one investment and high cost is easily to result in secondary pollution. But the photo catalyst is of stable performance without the secondary pollution and can be reused after high temperature activation, and can effectively reduce the cost of wasted water treatment. So it could bewidely applied.Based on the problem that it is difficult to deal with the problem after polymer flooding, the photo-catalytic purification technology of green degradation of sewage containing polymer is developed. After understanding the current photo catalytic technology development and the photo catalytic principle foundation, several nano titanium dioxide, tungsten trioxide and molybdenum trioxide are made by sol-gal method, micro emulsion, hydrothermal precipitation and alcohol salt precipitation. Other element ion-doped nano photocatalyst are made by the same methers, including the metallic element and the rare-earth element. Then use them to degrade the pam solution, we evaluate the degeneration performance of photocatalyst through viscosity drop situation of the pam solution. I make a research on study of preparation efficiency, ion-doped concentration, catalyst concentration, pH value of the photo catalytic effects.According to the experimental result, we found the nanometer photocatalyst which the preparation efficiency is simple, the degeneration and preparation performance is well. The results show that La element ion-doped nano titanium dioxide, which is made by sol-gal method, La ion-doped concentration is 3%, pH value is 3, catalyst concentration is 1.2%, can degeneration PAM solution of 500ppm. The viscosity value drop from 17mPa·s to 1.4mPa·s, approximates to the viscosity of water. The valvue can completely meet to industry require.
