The research of construction relations of steam flows and heat transfers in the porous medium of oil deposit is an interdisciplinary research subject; it involves disciplining transfusion mechanics, rock mechanics, rock mechanics, thermodynamics, and oil gas mining contents. The development of construction relations of steam flows and heat transfers in the oil deposit porous medium will provide the theory and the technical support to plan the formulation of science mining in the oil field, enhance the oil deposit mining effect, and reduce the production cost.In this article, we main research the construction relations of steam flows and heat transfers in the porous medium of oil deposit.The mining of thick oil deposit with the method of pouring steam is a typical coupled process, which coupled with the fluid, the solid and the changes temperature. In the coupled process, the thermal reaction and the fluid pore pressure causes the rock distortion; The rock distortion and the fluid transfusion cause the temperature field change; The rock distortion and the thermal reaction cause the seepage characteristic and the hole fluid pressure change, the influence fluid transfusion, the above three kind of effects are the synchronize.First , this article has established the ideal equation of continuity, the energy equation, the mechanical balance equation, in establishes these models not consider the three coupling functions, afterward we has established three coupling mathematical models. When establishes three coupling models, this article had considered the rock distortion and the temperature potential to fluid flow's influence, established have contained the seepage velocity, the rock speed of flow and the temperature potential influence current of water propagation rate flow equation. Simultaneously this article had also considered, the hole fluid pressure and the thermal load existence distorts to the rock the influence, established the hole fluid pressure and the thermal load rock mechanics balance equation, in this balance equation had the force of inertia as a result of the rock movement. When pours the steam mining thick oil deposit, the entire mining process is the process which a temperature field changes unceasingly, the steam unceasing to the periphery stratum transmission quantity of heat, the heating thick oil, the vapor temperature reduces unceasingly, finally achieves consistently with the primitive oil deposit temperature, this article had considered the steam changes in this process,establish the equation of continuity and the energy equation consider the steam changes.
