Although the foreign municipal solid waste incineration technology has been very skilled, but the level of long-term by economic constraints, incineration to dispose of refuse in a relatively small number of domestic applications for municipal solid waste incineration system characteristics and optimize the burning of the region have less choice of study.In this paper, the literature available at home and abroad, as well as the emergence of Chengdu, the volume of solid waste, physical composition and physical properties of the basis of geographical investigation. Through the experimental analysis of parameters of solid waste and its trends, and further to determine the flammability of Chengdu to the high distribution of solid waste.Method using gray theory established a solid waste production forecast Chengdu mathematical model, and Chengdu, refuse production of the next decade to predict, using analog analysis predicted Chengdu refuse change the composition of the next decade, at the same time a comprehensive analysis of factors affecting the waste incineration on the basis of the burned area to establish a rating system for optimizing selection,use fuzzy mathematics to establish regional which is solid waste incineration of the mathematical model, and applied in Chengdu Municipal Solid Waste Incineration area selection. The results showed that for burning garbage in Chengdu area were as follows: Wuhou,Jinjiang,High-tech,Qingyang, Jinniu,Cheng-hua District.Papers for the Regional Solid Waste Incineration in Chengdu to provide a powerful theoretical basis, as well as other parts of the country's municipal solid waste incineration in the region provides a theoretical support options.
