| Atmospheric pollution dispersion modeling and atmosphere air quality assessment is one of the effective methods to air pollution control and management decision-making for environmental management department. While the traditional environmental management means have the characteristics as out-dated; heavy workload and data sharing be difficult to achieve that can not meet the requirements of environmental management. New technology is Imperative need. Therefore, it has become a hot research field of combining GIS and environmental models to evaluate the quality of atmospheric environment, which would play the advantages of spatial analysis and spatial data processing. This paper discusses combination of GIS and urban air pollution dispersion model with air quality evaluation model, and programing a atmospheric dispersion simulation & evaluation system for Taiyuan by using of ArcEngine component and Visual C# 2005 platform. Study includes the following sections:Fst. This paper analyses the atmospheric environmental quality models from the classification; development and characteristics of those models, Preliminary study of the definition of boundary; initial conditions; model run processing; and visualization results in air quality modeling process combining with GIS. In this paper, design theory and methods of atmospheric environmental information system has been given through the theoretical analysis of atmospheric environment data quality in the simulation process and GIS data structure with characteristics;Sec. This paper shows the air pollution problem in Taiy??City by the geographical distribution and spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of air quality monitoring data from 2000 to 2005, and also establish the environmental conditions evaluation model for Taiyuan City after A systematic analysis of natural and geographical conditions; pollution weather conditions; as well as air pollutants emissions in present situation and in future development trend.Trd. This paper provides the air quality assessment model based on GIS in Taiyuan City by two ways of point value evaluation basis of monitoring data and analog data basis of grid analog with the using of GIS spatial analysis functions.Forth. This paper introduces the spread simulation of air pollution and air quality assessment process in detail. Using integrated secondary development mode on platform of .NET and ArcEngine component technology, achieving functions of pollution sources information; management and analysis by combination of geographic information and spatial attributes. Various sources of pollution have been forecast and analysised in macro and micro concentration based on grid. Ultimately, a set of application-oriented and operation flexible software of atmosphere evaluation and simulation systems has been established, which can calculate the concentration of each grid value based on grid and obtaining the pollution thematic map by grid; contour lines and raster images in order to achieve the visual management of pollution sources. |
