Heat pipe is a high heat transfer unit with high thermal conductivity and good homoisothermal quality, it has been wide used in heat transfer and energy saving. In the exploitation of crude petroleum and high viscosity oil, raising the temperature of the oil to decrease its viscosity is very importantly in lifting process. By means of analyzing the heat transfer character of thermosiphon, relationship between temperature and viscosity, affection of well bore homoisothermal quality to its thermal loss, we plan to research the using of thermosiphon in oil lifting process.By infinitesimal method, cyclic iterative method, and Visual Basic program, we find out the distribution of the crude petroleum's temperature when thermosiphon is used in well bore. The analyse is tested to be right in experiment, then we consider the actual conditions and programming it, we can get conclusions as below: the smaller the infinitesimal is, the closer to the true value; the coefficient of heat transfer between crude petroleum and layer is related to the thermal loss of well bore, the bigger the coefficient is, the more the thermal loss is; when the coefficient of heat transfer between crude petroleum and thermosiphon is not very big, enhance the coefficient can be obvious in improving the distribute of the crude petroleum's temperature, but if the coefficient reach a quite high value, the affect is not very obvious; the thermosiphon may reach the entrainment ultimate when it is too long and the density of heat flow rate in radial direction is small.
