Study On The Air Pollution Status Of Tai'an Urban And Its Controlling Countermeasures

This article has carried on the analysis to the air pollution status of Tai'an urban in 2004-2007, using atmospheric sciences theory and method,applying AP in the value law's A to measure the capacity of atmospheric environment in Tai'an urban, and propose the countermeasure and the suggestion to the air pollution controlling of Tai'an urban. The main findings are as follows:1.2004-2007, The exceeding phenomenon of atmospheric particles was more common, SO₂ exceeded from time to time, NO₂ had the exceeding phenomenon. In the whole year of 2007 , the number of days of good air quality in Tai'an urban was above 337 days, accounting for 92.3 percent of the whole year, the air quality was good, but PM₁₀, SO₂ still had the exceeding the phenomenon.2. The result of environmental capacity reckoning showed: in 2007, the point source environmental capacity of Tai'an urban SO₂ was 150120 t/a, NO₂ was 155640 t/a, the mist and dust was 183700 t/a; Surface source environmental capacity SO₂ was 2648 t/a, NO₂ was 2746 t/a, the mist and dust was 324 0t/a.3. Proposing in the total quantity controlling situation, From the urban setting plan and the urban atmosphere function regionalization, the industry restructure, the clean energy using and the coal-burning contamination control, the implementation of ecology restores project, control open source pollution, the traffic pollution controlling, the priority project and other six aspects to carry on air pollution controlling countermeasures and so on.
