This paper research the highly effective process technology to the glass. First, the paper analyzed the present situation of glass processing, analyzed the existence problems, proposed the definition and the superiority of the highly effective process technology and so on. Then the cutting force of processing glass and the wear of the diamond cutting tool are researched through the experiment.What this paper researched is carried on the hard-crisp material machining SPEED Y2000. First, the paper researched the cutting force of processing glass, selected three factors to conduct the experimental study, the cutting velocity, the feed rate, the cutting depth. In the experimental study, each factor selected three levels. Through the establishing the orthogonal experiment, the paper studied the relationship between the cutting force and the cutting parameter with the method of the extremely analysis, optimized the cutting parameter with consideration of the cutting force and the cutting efficiency carry. The efficiency had a greatly improvement after the optimization. Finally the paper established the mathematical model of each cutting force though the regression analysis, which is advantageous in instructing the actual production and making the actual parameter.In the research of the diamond cutting tool wears, the experiment parameter is as same as the parameter in the cutting force experiment. Each spot diameter is different on the 1/4 circular cutting tool, which will cause the different cutting depth on the different diameter during the processing. Therefore, in view of the cutting tool's particularity, we made the experiment plan.In the research of the diamond cutting tool wears, the wear of the cutting tools is weighted though the wear rate of the cutting tool, namely, the cutting tool diameter change each revolution under the given parameter. First the paper studied the relationship between the tool wear and the cutting parameter with the method of the extremely analysis, and analyzed the tendency of the cutting tool wear along with the cutting parameter and the relationship between the tool wear and each cutting parameter. Then the study is carried out on the quantification level, established the mathematical model of the wear rate of the cutting tool. This paper mainly aimed at reducing the production cost, improving the efficiency, studying the glass highly effective process technology. Through the research, we can not only achieve the objectives, but also instruct the actual production.
