For a long time, with the research of environmental impact of highway construction projects,we focus on the protection of the ecological environment and prevent soil erosion,and for pay deficiently attention on the water environmental impact of highway construction waste water, lack study on it. But research in highway construction wastewater treatment has its important significance.In order to implement the scientific development concept and achieve sustainable development, the Ministry of Communications proposed"the green transportation"and implement the idea of environmental protection in the road design and construction.This research is based on the date which obtains by the scene construction investigation, through analysis the hydration and hardening process of the cement and the experiment date,make the conclusion as follow:1.Through analysis the highway construction wastewater water which sampling from Baojiashan tunnel in xiaohe~ankang freeway and Zhouhebei tunnel in danfeng~shanyujie freeway,we found the index of nitrate and CODcr was increased after blasting,the petroleum index sign number is changed between each water samples,and SS is generally high level.The number of SS is positive correlation relationship with other.2. The cement is a major component of CaO,SiO2,Al2O3 and和Fe2O3.These metal oxides could make the flocculation in the water.In the cement hydration and hardening process, hydration products through absorption-neutralisation, adsorption-bridges and net-carried off wipe off the colloidal impurities from water. From the perspective of water treatment,the cement which content more Al2O3 and Fe2O3,and less CaO is fit for water treatment medicament.3.Through the removal experimental study of CODcr,oil and nitrobenzene,we found the cement could reduce effectual the content of CODcr,oil and nitrobenzene.furthermore,the removel rate of nitrobenzene is reach 70%.The experiment is reached that for each 250mL,when the dosage of the combination is 7.5g.3h and pH=11,can get the best effect.4.The pollutions which solidify by cement could released the smaller volume,and is stable in alite.
