| Chitosan are natural polymers extracted from various plants and animals with good performance.Chitosan and its derivatives all have bacteriostatic action.Cyclodextrin(CD) has special structure. It was used as a carrier.Currently, chitosan grafting CD are being actively studied. Then it can be used as a new modified materials. This paper is focused on the graftingβ-cyclodextrin with chitosan under homogeneous condition. Its structure is characterized by infrared spectra analysis(IR) and X-ray powder diffraction analysis. The option conditions are temperature of 60℃,time of 12h,solid-liquid ratio 10:1. The apparent amount of grafting of CS-CD is 34.8μmol/g which was higher than others.Antibacterial activity of CS-CD against E.coli is investigated. It is found that the antibacterial activity is similar to chitosan.CS-CD shows antimicrobial effect at a wide pH range(5<pH<7).The stability was better than CS.At the 0.08%concentration and pH=7 value shows strong antibacterial activity on E.coli and S.aureus.The regularity on C. albicans is not obviously. The new material can embed the 1-MCP and then it become a novel fresh agent because of its antibacterial activity. At 4℃and 25℃,the study of tomato's physiological characters and different content of enzyme shows that this derivatives effect the tomato's quality and can prolong the fruit shelf life. |
