There are several produce source of CO gas in the exploitation course of some coal seam, generally, It is considered that CO gas was produced by spontaneous combustion and oxygenation of float coal in the gob, but, in some mine fields of Ningxia, Shanxi and Hebei provinces of our country, on this condition of there have not any premonition of coal spontaneous combustion in the gob, there are high thickness CO gas on the upper solid angle of working face in the well-balanced process of exploitation, these brought difficulty to confirm the index gas for predicting and forecasting the spontaneous combustion of coal, and have badly influence on safe production of coal mine.For the purpose of obtaining produce source of CO gas,produce mechanism and change law in the course of exploiting coal. Firstly, by using XKâ…¢large-scale experimental table of coal spontaneous combustion ,spontaneous combustion with programmed heating experiment oven of coal, coal pyrolysis and infrared spectrum experiment, and analysis experiment of thermo gravimetry in the course of coal oxidation in low temperature, we research on oxidation characteristic temperature, the situation of gas are produced in every different temperature, the relation of CO production rate and coal sample granularity, along with change of chemic molecule configuration of coal sample in the course of pyrolysis.Secondly, we collect many group of working face parameter such as gas composition,air volume,mining distance per day and mining rate, especially, we analyse CO distribution and the change of CO concentration pre and post excavate coal on working face, and obtain law of change of gas composition by means of buried pipe, combine with theory of determination of coal spontaneous combustion zone, Simulate oxygen concentration and air leak intensity in goaf using software, mark off oxidation"three zones"in goaf. Finally, we combine experimental results with field data analysis, deduce the relation of CO distribution with local ventilation resistance; CO concentration at upper conner with air volume,mining distance per day and mining rate etc; coal body breaks up to bring carbon molecule side chain rupture and the translating of mechanism energy results in the raise of coal's temperature, conducing to oxidate quickly and produce CO gas, and It influences working face's CO concentration; CO gas is produced by coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation in goaf, and It influences working face's CO concentration; we forecast CO concentration at upper conner based on multiple linear regression analysis, and test equation for better accuracy. This paper find out the source of CO gas on the working face accurately and influencing factors, provide advantages for appropriate prevention and practical mangement measures, ensure safe production of coal mine.
