At present, there are three kinds of controlling ways of elevator in our country's coal system, constant volume,decide heavily,fixed time .Because of factors such as coal moisture, ash content, the difference of gangue content and coal's position measuring error, constant volume and fixed time which can be considered to be achievement standby mode are easy to cause the accident of overload event, As easy to grasp and control the load's promotion, the heavy-fixed loading system is an important ways to carry on automating and safety in production.In view of the problem of the domestic partial main shaft skip lift system can't realize heavy-fixed loading, first I have searched mach of information about this field. After knowing the situation of basic research of dynamic weighing both in domestic and foreign, connected with the actual circumstance in mine, done some theoretical research for dynamic quantitative weighing system. This topic plans to design a set of system of dynastic weighing-fixed in main shaft skip with hydraulic weighing way. It is measured the pressure of sealed oil with pressure transmitter in bottom cavity of weighing hydraulic cylinder and pipe line, carried on weighing-fixed loading to skip though the hydraulic system of weighing-fixed and loading, used PLC as controlling center of this system, we designed a Dynamic Quantitative Weighting System of Shaft Skip.Firstly, analysis simply the reason of affecting precision and speed of dynamic weighing system. Then, according to predecessor's experience, regarded the dynamic weighing system as a second-order system and established the mathematical model, carried on transform. it can get a relation about quality and system parameters. So the dynamic weighing issue is solved by changing to the model of parameter identification. According to this theory, made simulation with computer and verified the correctness to date processing by using of Parameter Identification(Recursive Least Squares Method with Gradual Reducing Memory), compiled program with Matlab and C.Based on the construction condition of WANG's COAL, we made a lot of experiments and analyzed dynamic performance and stability to system, for improving dynamic performance,stability,weighing precision of system ,we made some adjustments and improvements to system in experiments constantly.Made field industrial experiments to this equipment, we encountered and timely dealt with many difficulties . At present, the equipment is basically stable to running state in coal.At last, we made some simple analysis to System Errors, proposing some ideas to make the further improvement for this equipment.
