| This text takes XinZhan area of Hefei as an example, a comparative evaluation of environmental quality evaluation is made for XinZhan area of HeFei which applies integrated principal component, the index method, and Radial Basis Function Network with the use of SPSS, matlab software.According to national standards, on the foundation of data processing for monitoring data in the use of the comprehensive principal component, the method of radial basis function network and the method of traditional index evaluation were separately used for the atmospHerienvironmental quality evaluation, surface water environmental quality, groundwater environmental quality, sound environment quality, and soil environmental quality of HeFei XinZhan area on the 24th 25th december 2007. Finally a comprehensive environment assessment was made for this area.Evaluation results1, the atmospHeric environmental qualityIndex: The air content of SO2 NO2 TSP PM10 on the 24th 25th can reach the "Ambient Air Quality Standard" (GB3095-1996) secondary standards. Radial basis function network: the result of the 24th points 1.4312 which is up to two standard, the 25th points 0.8246, up to the standard level. the quality of the environment on the 24th is better than the 24th.2, surface water qualityIndex: KMnO4, COD, BOD5, TP and NH3-N content of NanFei river, 20Bu river and Panqiao all over the standards of the five categories of GB3838-2002 "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard", and the water quality is very poor. Radial Basis Network: 24th, 25th surface water environmental quality are inferior to five standard. The quality on the 24th is better than 25th.3, sound environment quality:Index: Railway noise can reach GB3096-93 "Urban Area Environmental Noise Standard" Category 4 standards. The index points of Regional acoustic environment quality evaluation is 0.75 .Radial Basis Network: the environmental quality of the sound on the 24th can reach the criteria for Class 1, Class 2 of the 25th standard.4, soil environmental quality:Index: cadmium, lead, chromium, arsenic targets are all reached "soil environmental quality standard" (GB15618-1995) level of standards. Radial Basis Network: up to one standard.5, Groundwater:Index: in the three groundwater monitoring points, the copper content can get the second category, the Zinc content in groundwater of Development Experimental Zone Command can reach the four standard, and the remaining indicators are able to reach the standard requirements for one class.Radial basis function network: the quality of groundwater in XinZhan can get two standard,, and environmental quality of groundwater on the 24th is better than the environmental quality of groundwater on the 25th6, an integrated Quality:Radial Basis Network score values: Hefei New Station District Environmental Quality Evaluation results shows that the value on the 24th is 0.5787 and 0.6068 on the 25th, this area was moderately polluted, the quality of the environment on the 25th was better than the 24th.Conclusion: According to national standards of environmental quality assessment, a model of Regional Environmental Quality Comprehensive Assessment is built to do research on environmental quality of HeFei XinZhan comprehensive developmental and experimental zone, which applies a radial basis function artificial neural network (RBF-ANN) and monitors data processing with the method of comprehensive principal component analysis. The analytic result of the instance shows that under the conditions of MATLAB the model of RBF-ANN not only can evaluate the rank of environmental quality accurately and objectively, but also can display the concrete degree of the environmental pollution and compare the different objects of assessment which have the different environmental qualities in the same degree. The results show that the degree of comprehensive assessment on HeiFei XinZhan comprehensive developmental and experimental zone is the medium pollution, which is between the limit standards of light pollution and medium pollution. |
