Research On Manufacture Process And Manufacturing Equipment Of Inner Gear Hob

Large inner gears are widely used, and they are the key parts of the large-scale planetary reducer, ship lock, shield machine and other momentous technical equipment. Take the large inner gear processing as the background; this paper proposes the large inner gear's processing cutting tool as well as cutting tool's special purpose machine. This paper is divided into six parts.Firstly, the general method about the working of inner gear is introduced. Also the survey of the developments of Sino-foreign inner gear hob is summarized, and it is indicated that inner-gear hob is a new efficient and high-precision way of processing inner gear. This paper proposes that to research and develop spherical and elliptical spherical hob and its processing equipment is the economical effective method which can solve the large inner gear processes.Secondly, this paper elaborates the basic theory of elliptical spherical hob and the cutting tool's fabrication technology. This paper also introduces the transmission system and structural design of the CNC grinding machine tool of spherical, elliptical spherical hob, and its major parts'selection.Thirdly, this paper use 3-D design method to establish the machine tool's model, set up a virtual assembly of CNC machine tool's key parts, and check static and dynamic interference of the machine tool. With 3-D design of the machine tool the paper makes a preliminary analysis on the lathe bed's static and dynamic performances using finite element analysis software, and makes some proposals to improve the CNC machine tool.Lastly, this paper sums up the machine tool's debug process. Through debug process the accuracy of machine tool meet the basic requirements, and the function of parts are normal. Conclusions according to research work of project and paper have been drawn; its following work and research directions to improve the machine tool's accuracy and process specification have been pointed out.
