Scheelite Water belongs to unmanageable Mine Waste Water. Because a lot of Sodium Silicates add to Floatation process, Scheelite Water of a certain Mine-factory includes a great deal of un-utilization Sodium Silicate and several Heavy Metal Ions. The suspended substance concentration is so high that the waste water is in icky gelatineous. The pH is 11, so that the waste water belongs to unmanageable Mine Waste Water.The result of Flocculating Agent experiment determines the optimal technologic conditions about Scheelite Water treatment. When magnetic pretreatment is 1h, 0.2mgPAC/L waste water, the recovery quantity of Scheelite Water is 335ml. With the recycle methodology of Scheelite Water, the result showed that wastewater (Supernatant solution) recycle to Scheelite flotation, the grade of Scheelite concentrate is 60.95% with the recovery of 68.79%. It is achieved that zero release of waste water which is provided with significant economical and social benefit.The paper has mainly adopted various methods of Kinetics and IR spectrum. The research focuses on the research of influence factors of flocculating-sedimentation, such as magnetized pretreatment, magnetic stirring, dispersant and so on, analyzes the law of flocculating -sedimentation. Besides, the paper explores the internal mechanisms and laws of flocculating -sedimentation by the physical and chemical methods, indicates flocculating-sedimentation reactions mechanisms. The kinetics analysis of flocculating process indicates that there are differentη-t relation curves separately in different water depth and shows different laws of flocculating-sedimentation. The more top upside, the earlierηmax appeared. Beyond a certain time, the longer time, the lower flocculating efficient. The result of IR spectrum method showed that the location and intension of IR spectrum peak has obvious dissimilarity before and after flocculating treatment. Magnetized pretreatment activates metal oxide and hydroxide, which is easy to chelated with flocculating agent. It is indicated the transformation and removal mechanism of contamination and the bridge formation and catching-sweeping mechanism in flocculating process. So that it is offered theoretical basis to dispose Mine Waste Water which is in significant realism meaning.
