| In recent years, with the excellence performance of compacting system construction and improving image quality, aspheric has been applied in variety precision instruments more and more. Which requires computer controlled fabrication achieve high precision, fast and mass production.On the base of Computer controlled theory and Preston principle, the paper reference traditional processing techniques and study the relevant process parameters, which including grinding process, polishing process and equipments.Amend the parameters and errors in the grinding process; combined with large-diameter elastic polishing tool and small corrective tooling to polish; introduce the feedback compensation to solve the problem of elastic polishing tool damaging the surface error; calculate the working method, removal function, presence time and the surface shape factor; simulate the product process. After experiment, the final surface error of 064mm ZF6 aspheric surface is 0.44um. The surface finish is III.The processing supply a rapid and high repeatability production, which has promote meaning to mass production. |
