Ferromagnetic/Ferroelectric composite nanofiber is a new type of magnetoelectric composite materials with quasi-one-dimensional structure,large aspect ratio,which has a potential high magnetoelectric response and a wide range of apply.In this paper,two kinds of magnetoelectric composite nanofibers CoFe2O4(CFO) / Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT) and (Ni0.5Zn0.5)Fe2O4(NZFO) / Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT) were successfully prepared by electrospinning.The structure and morphologies of the fibres were characterized by FTIR, XRD,TG/DSC,SEM,TEM.The magnetic properties of the fibres were examined by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).Research shows that CFO / PZT and NZFO / PZT composite nanofibers can be successfully prepared by electrospirming.The preparation and morphology of precursor fibers were influenced by electric field strength,electrode spacing,salt concentration,PVP concentration and environmental parameters seriously.However the temperature and time of calcination would also influence the preparation,appearance and performance of fibers.In this paper different molar ratio(0.75:1;1:1,1.25:1) of CFO / PZT and NZFO / PZT magnetoelectric composite nanofibers were prepared.Its formation process,phase composition,grain size,morphology and magnetic properties were studied.It is found that CFO / PZT composite nano-fibers after calcinated at 950℃formed an alternately arranged ordered structure along the fiber diameter.In this paper two kinds of ferromagnetic nanofibers CFO and NZFO doped with ferroelectric PZT were also prepared.The different doping ratio and different calcination temperature on the formation of ferromagnetic fibers,morphology and magnetic properties were studied.It is found that the diameter of fibers increases with the calcination temperature decreases first and then increases.The grain size of ferromagnetic CFO and NZFO in the fiber decreased with the increased of PZT doped ratio.While the grain size of PZT show increasing trend.
