The shape control is one of the key technologies in flat rolling.At present,the theory and mathematical model of shape control is analyzed and established based on the assumption of symmetrical rolling mostly.Shape control method for asymmetrical rolling process still lacks of the mature theoretically scheme and mathematical model,and it mainly resolves complex defects of shape controlling.In this dissertation, a 6-High HC Mill is taken as researching object, whose the special properties of shape control under the asymmetrical bending force and middle roll's shifting are analyzed fully.Influence coefficient of asymmetrical bending force is calculated base on the influence function method, combining mechanical model of asymmetrical rolling in 6-High HC mill.It has established theoretical foundation for building roll gap's mathematical model of asymmetrical rolling. Strip element method is selected for establishing three-dimensional plastic deformation of strip.The mathematical model of asymmetrical rolling is established for 6- High HC mill,given out the calculation flow chart of metal deformation model,rolls system model and asymmetrical rolling whole model.Emulation software is developed depending on FORTRAN language.The simulated results of contact pressure between rolls,roll gap's shape,bearing rolling force and front tension stress transverse distribution is carried out corresponding variable asymmetrical bending force and asymmetrical middle roll's shifting.The shape control special properties of asymmetrical rolling of 6- High HC mill is studied by analyzing the influence to parameter above by asymmetrical bending force and asymmetrical middle roll's shifting effect respectively and together,which provides basis for the shape control tactics of asymmetrical rolling.The asymmetrical rolling model of shape control also can be applicable for symmetrical rolling after altering adjustable parameters.This study not only helps improve the accuracy in shape control,but also plays an important role in perfecting the shape control theory.
