| Injection machine is one of the high efficiency forming equipments in plastic forming area. The stability and accuracy of it's control system has great influence on manufacuture process as well as products' quality. With the improvment of requirement for products and the development of injection technology, the demand for performance of injection machine is higher and higher. Because of barrel's big thermal inertia and low adjust speed of traditional PID, traditional PID technology can not meet the demand of precised injection products.Based on the profound analysis of traditional injection machine's control system and the trend of injection machine's control system, the paper proposed a fuzzy-PID controller which combined the fuzzy theory with PID technology and applied LPC2294 as main controller. The fuzzy-PID controller realized the fast adjustment and precised control of baarel's temperature. In addition, the paper designed the fuzzy controller's automatic generator for C code. At the same time, designed the simple, flexible and easy to operate man-interface with embedded GUI system—MiniGUI. Subsequently, the paper designed the circuits for control system's keyboard, LCD, memory and etc. Then, to make full use of system resources, the paper select real-time embedded OSμC/OS-II as the system's platform to make sure the real-time performance of tasks.The experiment between fuzzy-PID controller and temperature controller of B0Y12A show that fuzzy-PID technology can realize the precised control of temperature. Compared with BOY12A, fuzzy-PID controller has smaller steady-state error and shorter adjust time which can meet the precised injection demand. |
