In order to research the Bio-Utilization of carbon dioxide in tail gas of thermoelectric power plant, the tail gas of thermoelectric power plant, the simulated gas and the purified CO2 from tail gas are injected into the spirulina medium. With these various gas sources, the influence of each source for the growth of spirulina were discussed; dynamic law of pH and HCO3- concentration and nutrient elements in spirulina medium were revealed; we also discussed the CO2 absorption efficiency, the characters of biotransformation by spirulina for different sourcefor and influence factors.The results manifest:The spirulina growth situation was affected by the CO2 injection volume of each source; an appropriate injection volume can promote the growth and the excessive would inhibit the growth; For all the source, once the gas is injected into the medium, the PH and DO would decrease, the carbon form would change and CO2 would become HCO3-; the influence for PH, DO and CO2 was proportional with the gas injection volume; there was little impact for N and P;By applying the continuous injection equipment, the slower the inlet gas flux, the more absorption of CO2 by spirulina; the series-connected module has a better effect, whose absorption can arrive at 99%, than the single one; By injecting 0.50 to 0.55L thermal power plant emission into the spirulina broth, per day and per liter, the spirulina biotransformation rate was 36.4%;whereas, with 0.2 to 1.2L pure CO2, the biotransformation rate decreased to 11.3%.
