In recent years, China's coastal environment is not optimistic, marine pollution has become a major global environmental problem. Human can not shirk responsibility on marine pollution and marine ecological damage; Coastal landfill can not be ignored. In the early, many coastal cities'landfill based on the sparsely populated coast, and at that time, there were no advanced impermeable measures. With economic development, more and more garbage is producing, in order to save money; they have expanded the original landfill. With the improvement of living standards, people began to realize the importance of the marine environment, the new landfill start to take impermeable measures and taken remedial measures on former garbage. However As the complexity of external conditions, when landfill impermeable system not close enough or destroyed, there will exist the risk of leachate leakage. So it is necessary to study the process of leachate seepage to analyze its risk assessment on the marine environment. With the development of seepage mechanics and the theory of solute transport, pollutants in soil and groundwater study on migration law is relatively mature. On this basis, many scholars have carried out research on leachate migration in the soil and groundwater. But in the respect of leachate seepage through the dike impact on the marine environment, there were very few studies. In this paper, landfill leachate migration problems in fluid mechanics of the environment were reviewed, from the environmental science theory and the theory of percolation mechanics, investigate the migration mechanism and law of the leachate in the landfill dam. On this basis, use nine non-grid method to solve the flow continuity equation and the basic equations, and also take Mao Yingzi of Dalian landfill for example, determined leachate head and flow velocity distribution in the dam by demonstration calculation, and then determine the overflow point, which can take out a series of targeted anti-seepage measures and avoid blind investment. This can prevent leachate seepage to the ocean, but also can save manpower and money. At the same time, based on the model predictions, we can do environmental assessment, pollution prediction and propose an effective environmental measure, establishment of effective contingency plans, so can achieve significant environmental and social benefits. For the development of costal city's landfill technology and the protection of the marine environment is undoubtedly very important.
