Metal organic coordination polymers (metal-organic frameworks, referred to as MOF) is a metal ion and organic ligands self-assembled, metal ions and organic ligands not only participate in the coordination between the role, including hydrogen bonding,Ï€-Ï€the role of stacking and electrostatic non-covalent interactions. A variety of metal organic compounds synthesis and structure of a foundation to promote the development of chemistry, and coordination compounds such as optical, adsorption materials, magnetic and other aspects of a wide range of application, the subject of study is beneficial to find novel structure and compounds with specific properties. The Types of organic ligands containing carboxyl category are usually, nitrogen containing heterocyclic ligand and N, O multi-ligand. In the past few decades, carboxylic acid ligand of its strong coordination ability and coordination of diversity by extensive studies of chemical workers, this paper carried out on the organic carboxylic acid metal complexes Hydrothermal synthesis and crystal engineering studies to common transition metals and organic carboxylic acid ligands object of study, mainly in the warm water synthesis technology, by adjusting the reactions to a series of metal-organic coordination polymers. Use a single crystal diffraction X ray, elemental analysis, characterization section complexes, summarizes coordination polymer synthesis in ligand model and the resulting complexes for the preliminary study of nature.
