Analysis And Studies On Current Layout About Sewage Outlet Of Point Pollution Sources Into The Main Stream Of Nen River

Nen river is the north source of Songhua river.The main stream of it flows through the Nenjiang town and Qiqihaer city of Heilongjiang province,the Molidawa banner of the Nei Monggol Autonomous Region,and the Dalai town of Jilin province.It confluences with the Second Songhua river into the main stream of Songhua river in Sanchahe of Fuyu county of Jilin province. The main stream of Nen river length is 1370km, river area for 29.85 square kilometers. There are many tributaries, for example Naduli river,Duobukuer river,Keluo river,Gan river,Nemoer river,Nuomin river,Alun river,Wuyuer river,Yalu river,Chuoer river,Taoer river and Huolinhe.In recent years,with the fast development of economy and society,the dimensions of cities become larger and larger,water consumption and discharge quantity of polluted water increase.Correspondingly,the water quality of Nen river deteriorates increasingly.For the implementation of" the water of the People's Republic of China", "The pollutional supervision and management method", to strengthen overall supervision and management of the pollutional,in 2005,the commission of Songliao water resourse and the water resources bureau of Heilongjiang province,Jilin province,Liaoning province, the Nei Monggol Autonomous Region,organized the largest basin of the pollutional census register work in songliao basin.According to the requests of water resources protection,on the base of the analysis on the circumstances of nature,economy and society,this article appraises the current water quality and determines the water environment capacity of water function zones of Nen river. On the base of the results of general survey and registration of sewage outlets in songliao river basin,the article reports the current layout of sewage outlets and the situations of polluted water discharge into the main stream of Ner river.By the balance analysis on the water environment capacity of water function zones and the mount of pollution discharged into river,the article analyses the reasonableness of the layout of sewage outlets and puts forward the proposal of supervision and management.It puts forward references for water resources protection and economy development from the angle of technology,and provides scientific basis for harmonious development of natural enviorenment and economy and society in nenjiang river basin.This is the main technical route: According to the water resources protection planning, carrying capacity, total control into the river , the pollutional settings for examination and approvalresearch achievements, fully reference and use the achievement and experience.In the collection of data nen river mainstream in nature, economy, hydrology, water quality, the pollutional, calculate carrying capacity of water areas, analyzed the water nen river mainstream the pollutional layout, put forward the pollutional regulatory Suggestions.This paper studied the following five aspects:1.According to the water quality nen river water quality target,present situation and waste water into the river water quality,design and background conditions, calculate carrying capacity of water areas.2.According to the results of the pollutional census register and check data,in a comprehensive grasp straight into the nenjiang river of the pollutional distribution,scale, the nature, the effluent,pollutants into the river for water,and based on the pollution degree,emission of the pollutional the water quality evaluation,the analysis of the pollutional standards.3.According to the different water quality monitoring data,the water situation of nenjiang river evaluation standards,research and analysis of the pollutional sewage water quality.4.Considering the nen river valley recent economic and social development level and practical ability of water pollution,to strengthen the supervision and management of the pollutional basis,from the water,and safety of the wide Angle,put all the water nen river mainstream COD into the river and cut into the control.5.Based on the above study in, the situation is analyzed and studied nenjiang layout, put forward the pollutional regulatory measures.In recent years,along with the rapid development of social economy,agricultural production and the rapid development of urban construction along Nen river, industrial enterprises and municipal pipeline pollution exceeds phenomenon seriously, individual municipal planning area,water pollution problems concerned of Nen river. Because many nen river mainstream tributaries,large flow,and many outlet in the branches, although a net attenuation pollutants,but most together with the natural runoff river into nen river mainstream,the quality of nen river mainstream will produce certain effect.While,non-point source pollution is serious in the nen river valley. Non-point pollutant amount of water into the river is also great influence.By this time limit and technical or other problems, without considering the nenjiang river pollution levels of tributary,and the influence of water pollution,only studied nen river mainstream point sources of the pollutional layout in ideal condition,and put forward the pollutional regulatory Suggestions.This has certain positive significance to Nen river outlet flow dry supervision. In this thesis complete process,I have some ideas and thoughts about the nen river valley of the overall layout of the pollutional research.In the future work,I will continue to perfect the papers,and further research.The result of the studies has practical and directive meanings to the supervision and management of water function zones and sewage outlets.
