As the blooming economics and the rising lever of living quality, the contamination of the surface water turns into a big problem. Whereas since the high demanding of domestic water, water treatment becomes a principle issue. Yet the original simple water treatment technologies are hardly meet the qualifications, and huge water treatment skills specialized in removing nitrogen and phosphorus leave the issue with complicated processes, much expense, large occupation of land and hard to handle when it runs. Therefore it leaves the crisis to small towns and enterprises which is short of money when they face the water treatment project. So it is urgent to discover a new method which is simple, effective, energy-efficient, low operational costs and low secondary pollution for resloving small cities or enterprises' polluted water problem.Based on a test of domestic sewage treatment with hydrolytic acidification, this experiment revealed that with 3 hours staying in the hydrolytic acidification reactor, wastewater's B/C is risen by 0.1. Then it studied the consequence which pollutant remove by hydrolytic acidification reactor and concrete eco-film reactor.. The results are positive with COD removal rate>80%, ammonia nitrogen removal rate about 80% and total phosphorus is about 80%,reaching first grade lever B standard of water quality "Municipal Wasterwater Treatment Plant discharge standard of pollutants"(GB 18918-2002).Orthogonal experiments showed that the main factors affected the water prification systrem were water temperature, hydraulic retention time, C/N ratio, DO, pH and so on. The result indicated that:(1)Pollutants were effectively removed when temperature remains between 25℃-35℃. (2)The removal rate of pollutants were risen by the hydraulic retention time, yet when the hydraulic retention time>7 hours, the removal rate of total phosphorus was dropped. Taking energy saving into cosideration, the best removal rate of pollutants was 7 hours. (3)When the C/N is 8-12, ammonia nitrogen removal rate was higher. (4)The best pH for organic matter removal was 6.5-7.5, and the best pH for ammonia nitrogen removal was 7-8. (5)As DO was rising, the organic matter removal was rising. When DO kept in 2.5mg/L-3.5mg/L, the whole wastewater treament process was the most effective.
