| Hydrajet fracturing combine the advantages of hydraulic jetting and hydraulic fracturing, which has positive effect on increasing production of low permeability and thin reservoir. Nozzle is a key part of hydrajet fracturing tool, it is necessary to study jet performance on inside and outside of nozzle.This paper use numerical simulation method, carry out simulation study which use CFD software ANSYS CFX, on key part of jet contained in hydrajet fracturing tool-nozzle. Compiling application software "design for nozzle's structural parameter contained in hydrajet fracturing jet" which is used VB.The researches on this paper mainly have results as follow:(1) Using theoretical method to analyze the principle of hydrajet fracturing, it's operation steps and affecting factor.(2) Choosing flow path shape and geometry of nozzle used in hydrajet fracturing tool, getting optimum structural parameter of nozzle.(3) Carry out numerical simulation method on taper nozzle. Get moving rule of sand and water which contained in inside and outside of nozzle, analyzing the confining pressure and pressure difference effect on streamline. According to similarity of jet, get water's distributive rule about velocity and pressure which contained in outside of nozzle. Finally, get fitting formula which reference results of simulation.(4) Compiling "design for nozzle's structural parameter contained in hydrajet fracturing jet" according to theoretical and fitting formula, in order to guide the construction of hydrajet fracturing. |
