Oilfield exploration and development process will generate a lot of water, its environmental and human health, has drawn increasing attention. The water mainly from drilling and downhole operation, process and production process, including water pollution due to oil field fracturing wastewater large, has aroused concerns.Thesis of high oil fracturing wastewater COD concentration, high oil content and high viscosity properties, select the typical oil fracturing wastewater analyzed. By weight analysis, pointed out that the oil viscosity fracturing wastewater and COD are the main factors affecting wastewater treatment, wastewater treatment process is to determine the key. Matrix based on water quality and water quality matrix concept, the establishment of water quality matrix to the reaction time and the National Integrated Wastewater Discharge two standard constraints, evaluation of a typical oil and gas fracturing wastewater treatment process. The results indicate that oil fracturing wastewater treatment process should be short reaction time, flexible operation of the ozone catalytic oxidation technology-based.Fracturing wastewater quality characteristics that the higher viscosity, resulting in chemical dosing of the water in the fracture is difficult to spread, the reaction time is long. The results show that the high viscosity of the fracturing wastewater, using potassium persulfate at pH= 10 conditions can reduce the water viscosity and follow-up processing unit load. Based on the actual production of the diversity of fracturing wastewater water quality of oil and gas fields of organic wastewater COD and viscosity according to the classification, and established different types of organic wastewater treatment process. The results pointed out that for low viscosity and low COD wastewater, ozone oxidation can be used alone to deal with compliance, and the reaction time is short; for the higher viscosity of water, ozone oxidation or coagulation pretreatment of activated carbon required follow-up treatment combined with discharge standards; while for COD and high viscosity of pollutants to viscosity after persulfate oxidation by ozone and the combined process has certain difficulties, and Fe /C joint to compliance, but the treatment process is too complex, long processes. The study also developed different types of composite fracturing wastewater treatment agents to meet the actual needs of pollution control.Project research has greatly improved the well field site area and the surrounding residential environment, reducing the area of the field around the receiving water body pollution. Today's environmental strategy in line with national policy on polluting enterprises, and regional sustainable development, energy conservation is important exemplary.
