Silicone Emulsion Commercialization, Improvement And Expansion

Silicone Emulsion commercialization, Improvement and capacity expansion were studied in this paper, based on one specific project, project management and technology management were described in details. Two parts were separated on emulsion commercialization, one was emulsion formulation development, in that Orthogonal Experiments, lab trial, customer application, production trial, finished goods formulation fixing were described and discussed in order to get the goods accordance with "green" environment requirements; the other was emulsion engineering domain, in that equipment selection, installation and commissioning, PSSR, project management and commercial trial were described and evaluated. At improvement aspect, detailed analysis of formulation update, production process improvement, equipment upgrade and staff structure optimization was made. For expansion, firstly necessary actions that will lead to the Max. Output was introduced, including batch size scale-up, cycle time reduction and so on; then expansion proposals and final confirmed options were introduced; finally expansion project was discussed. In this paper, the detailed description and discussion were brought to us for silicone emulsion commercialization, improvement and capacity expansion as one clear and completed successful project example with the project itself as the base, with project management as the contact, with the process technology as the support.
