The ecological environment is the foundation of human existence and development, it needs the support and guarantee of water resources. A long time, people are always in pursuit of the available volume of water to the largest economies, instead of the ecological environment demand of water, which resulted in series of eco-environmental problems.Therefore, this paper combines Xi'an Chanba ecological zones of the actual carrying out ecological zone of Xi'an Chanba rubber dam leakage water in the reservoir area and ecological water requirement is of great significance.In this paper, on the basic of referring to relative literatures at home and abroad, we study the analysis of Chanba rainfall and runoff in ecological zones for the year, inter-annual changes, and the typical annual runoff volume and distribution process; the correlation analysis of surface evaporation with meteorological factors affecting using BP neural network model and multiple linear regression model calculated prediction model; through the analyzing monitor daily evaporation data in the xi'an university of technology weather stations educed the measured conversion factor of surface evaporation and annual variation of E20 and E601 in Chanba ecological zones; Finally,using the the analysis of water balance method to study the leakage of reservoir water, get the leakage coefficient of rubber dam in the reservoir area.Combined with the practical of Chanba ecological zone by the ecological water demand with domestic and international method of calculating,we established the model of ecological water demand and water consumption model in the rubber dam in the reservoir area of Chanba ecological zones and ecological engineering. The calculation of the ecological water consumption of Ba river is 48.522 million m3, accounting for annual average runoff of 9.8%, in the Chan river is 7.699 million m3, accounting for annual average runoff of 3.3%. By the model of ecological water requirement in the rubber dam of Chanba ecological zone calculated the ecological water demand of 25%,50%,75%,95%typical representative of the frequency in the Ba river rubber dam were 118.00 million m3,94.41 million m3,79.86 million m3 and 69.13 million m3; in Chan river rubber dam were 55.46 million m3,44.37 million m3,37.53 million m3 and 32.49 million m3, accounting for ecological water average runoff of 13%-25%, which reached the ecological water requirements, and the results are more reliable.The research findings will have important theoretical and practical value for managers of Chanba river to make good use of water resources, control river pollutions,and improve the ecological environment. The research results will be applied to the operation and management of the rubber dam in Chanba river ecological zone.
