As a new typical functional material, the anticorrosion Property of Polyaniline has been a focus of research,but the poor performance of polyaniline in solvent and maching limite its wide practicability. With the development of Nano technology,the problem will be resolved.Nano-Polyaniline was synthesized by the direct mixed reaction in ultrasonic field with stir. The optimum preparation methods and its anticorrosion property are studied. Main results are summarized as follows:1.The uniform morphology nano-Polyaniline ,the diameters of which is less than 100 nm and the length is 300 nm ,have been synthesized by direct mixed reaction in ultrasonic field in 90 minutes. Its yield ration is 112% and the solvent of the doped nano-Polyaniline is 92% in NMP.2. Nano-Polyaniline was synthesized by direct mixed reaction in ultrasonic field in 60 minutes with stir. Its diameters is less than 100 nm ,and length is 200 nm. The yield ration of nano-Polyaniline is 120%,and the solvent of the doped polyaniline is 77% in NMP.3.Electrochemical corrosion measurements results revaled that the epoxy coatings with nano-Polyaniline,synthesized in ultrasonic field ,show the excellent corrosion protection in 3.5% NaCL and 0.5mol/L HCL corrosion medium,whether the nano-Polyaniline being stirred or not. In general ,the epoxy coatings with doped nano-Polyaniline shows better anticorrosion performance than Emeraldine base . In addition ,the epoxy coatings without nano-Polyaniline also shows the acceptable anticorrosion property.4.The adhesion measurements results showed that the epoxy coatings can adhere to 304 stainless steel,the adhesion of all samples reached grade 2.
