Research On Cold Energy Recycling And Application Of Liquefied Natural Gas

Natural gas is clean, efficient and less pollution of the high-grade energy. As China gradually adjusts the energy structure, In recent years, import, manufacture and application of liquefied natural gas (LNG) have been rapid developed. Because China's LNG research is still in its infancy, some of the production and application of the issues must be resolved. In those issues, the application of LNG cold energy recovery is one of the main topics to people. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) gasification process will release a lot of high-grade cold energy, which can not currently be utilized effectively. To carry out cold energy of liquefied natural gas recycled, LNG will be conducive to improving efficiency, reducing energy consumption of LNG in the application process and for enterprises to bring enormous economic and social benefits. In current ,context to LNG production and application of China's status quo, In this paper, cold energy recovery and utilization of LNG were studied. The study includes: (1) To the production of liquefied natural gas was analyzed to explore the impact of a variety of factors on cold energy recovery of LNG; (2) In the LNG process, the models of the physical model and mathematical are established which impact the cold energy of liquefied natural gas, and study temperature and pressure characteristics; (3) To further study the LNG cold energy in the quality of the transmission and conversion properties, this paper carries out the analysis to the efficiency and then gives some results of meaningful analysis; (4) The difference of LNG cold energy recovery and use of the program carried out comparative analysis; (5) Based on the rational utilization of LNG cold energy purposes, the cascade utilization of LNG cold energy program is proposed, which gives the direction LNG cold energy utilization and research. (6)Combined with Dalian LNG project information, the use of program research of Dalian LNG cold energy is proposed. Research and analysis results show that cold energy cascade utilization program can be achieved fully and efficiently according to the quality of cascade utilization of LNG cold energy, which is the direction LNG cold energy utilization and research.
