The Study Of Technology Receding Oil Content In Slack Wax In Benzol-ketone Dewaxing Unit

The self-acting warm wash and vacuum filter liquid level self-acting control technologies are applied to benzol-ketone dewaxing unit. As a result,the operation of vacuum filter can be automatically controlled,with increased vacuum degree of filter and the yield of dewaxed oil,and the oil content in slack wax is decreased also.58℃wax was produced by two-stage vacuum filtration of benzol-ketone dewaxing unit with the fraction of the second side– cut vacuum distillation as material. The unit was remoulded by renewal of cool washing shower nozzles,pluging part of filtering area at the bottom of the vacuum filters and adjusting feed temperature on first/second-stage filters to -10℃,0℃respectively. The results showed that after remoulding,the oil content in slack wax was decreased below 1.7 weight per cent,the wax yield raised by 6.88 percent point,the processing flow path was shortened,the economic benefit was 30.37 million yuans pre year.
