Research On The Simulation Optimization Operation Technology Of Water Injection

The simulation technology of water injection through optimizing operation optimization software simulation of water injection system, optimize the overall accurate simulation calculation of each injection station by special operation parameters, the data transmission network will be sent to optimize the data of water injection system, each stand by adjusting the water pump operating frequency and preflush outlet valve pump stations, the flow of control network scheduling whole unified coordination of running water, realize the system operation on economy.In this paper the water disposal as a set of processing the optimized object, analyses and studies the economic efficiency of oil injection system, and the energy-saving technology will be applied to computer optimization techniques used in practical production, guiding the production of large water injection system, effectively reduce consumption of system operation.This technology use in the depth of water injection system of the Sabei oil field, pump-network pressure drop 0.2-2.2 MPa, pump water consumption reduction 0.16-1.3kWh/m3, average pump efficiency rise up 2.98%, network operation efficiency rise up 5.64%, the system efficiency rising 6.67%, 995.2×104kWh electricity-saving scale every year.
