The monitor and failure prevention of pipe's vibration have the great significance to the surface flowing pipes eapecially in HTHP well surface flowing pipes. This article first begins from the signal analysis basic theory. Through the research of signal analysis and processing, brings out the method of vibration signal collection, vibration signal analysis, and the equipment condition monitor and analysis.Through the calculation and evaluation of vibrated pipeline, determines the vibration critical value and the antivibration measure. This article proposes the technique and framwork to vibration monitoring of surface flowing pipes. And introduces the system, include in the sensor installment, vibration signal gathering, parameters processing. Expatiates establishment of warning sign and the prevention of equipment failure which caused in the vibration monitor process.Finally, gives an application example of pipeline vibration monitoring technique on location. The system establish upper warning limit according to the equipment operating performance technical specification and its various measuring points. Also, it analyzes frequency range and trend, and automaticly diagnose the equipment breakdown.Through these various data analysis, on the one hand can master the pipeline work running trend, on the other hand can get the scientific basis of judging equipment failure causes, so as to provide help to the safety operations of the unit.
